Should His Excellency approve of a grant being made, I

recommend that an Officer of the Public Works Department

should be directed to visit the School and inspect the

wall and furniture. If his report is satisfactory the

Manager of the School can be asked to submit the title

to the property and a draft trust deed for approval.
